I am not a detailer. I have never really used an orbital, polish pads, etc. My 2011 Infiniti EX35 daily driver suffered with hazy and yellow headlights. This was so easy to use, despite my lack of experience.
Seriously, don't use the WD40 method. There are a LOT of good products in the market. Some come with just wipes, or a polish, and some come with drill pads. I decided to try Rain-X Headlight Restoration Kit with the drill pads, as mine needed some aggressive love.
