今天早上遊覽了布達拉宮，下午去品嚐當地美食-桑吉拉姆 拉薩本地菜犛牛肉火鍋，位置據布達拉宮步行半小時，牛肉和肉餅很好吃，奶茶也好喝，分量很足，價格也很實惠，這家還不錯！
