Want to improve your flexibility and finally get the splits? This 8-minute stretch routine is designed to open your hips, stretch your hamstrings and hip flexors, improve overall flexibility, and safely move toward your front splits!
BEGINNER and Advanced versions - so all levels can follow along!
TIPS:
1. REPEAT this routine daily or at least 3-4 times a week, and you will see the results! Remember, consistency is key!
2. For best results I'd also recommend to hold the last stretch (full split stretch) for at least 1-2 minutes - this will improve your flexibility and get you those splits Faster!
