We toured up Fresno today to a high point just under 3000 feet. We found 5 or 6 inches of new snow on top of a supportable crust. Below that the snow pack is all wet snow. Once the crust breaks down, which could happen at any time with sun and warm temperatures, wet snow problems will become very likely.
