Feeling stuck and burned out after weeks of job applications? Same lol. In this video, I share a realistic afternoon reset routine that helped me feel like myself again after being laid off.
This isn’t a fancy or aesthetic routine, it’s just a real 3pm–10pm vlog showing how I’m moving through burnout and finding small ways to recharge.
