In times of pandemic, many have lost their jobs, become ill or a loved one has died. In MI we have an approach and strategies that can be helpful in reinforcing hope. The workshop will be about how can we do it in practice. There will be the opportunity to reflect and do a short exercise where you can try different questions and sentences that can evoke or amplify hope.
