I recommend you turn up the volume to get more of the bass, I was not able to really amplify it to work with YT for some reason.

Also if you receive a seizure from the lights in this video I apologize, I only realized what it looked like after I had finished recording, and you guys know me - I'm too lazy to rerecord.

About the arrangement:

This one has spent quite a while in the making. Since witnessing fruit's arrangement of this, I had previously resigned myself to just learning that, but after a week or two, I felt that the feeling of accomplishment just wouldn't be the same as opposed to if I arranged it myself.

So I arranged it the only way I really know how to - closely to the original.
The beginning kicks off with some three-hand: a top voice that I absolutely refused to give up, and a coincidentally fitting tenth in the left hand to connect a bass note with the melody line.

0:17, octave jumps to mimic the baseline of the original and to follow through with the amount of energy I feel when listening to Yoru ni Kakeru.
0:18, an octave followed by a single note, but then four octaves in quick succession made this part super annoying every time. I eventually realized that I was too tense whenever I played that because I was anticipating how bad it was going to be, but after loosening up I found that I could literally just play it instead of having to slide octaves which was a super weird find but a cool one nonetheless.
0:32, following the accompanying track in the original closely and using a simple one-note melody in the right hand. It gets complicated later on so I found it best to go easy here.
0:46, transition into accented chords on the downbeat to give it drive. This would set up the contrast into the three-hand part coming up.
1:01, taken straight from the original, I put every voice that I could clearly hear in this arrangement. This was a lot of fun to play and I could really feel the flow. Some fiddling found that sevenths in the left hand gave it the perfect touch.
1:14, arpeggio in the right hand connecting to the left hand which goes right into it after jumping and spamming octaves. A fun transition.
1:16, um I may or may not have used Unravel left hand here without realizing lolol
1:58, Another three-hand part, and there is a blind jump at 1:59 since my right hand has to cross back over and hit a d while the left-hand hits a lower g octave. This was completely muscle memory but luckily I was actually able to hit it really consistently, perhaps because I could gauge where the left hand just jumped from in order to continue the voice.
2:06, a sudden change, the right hand now has a bright, leggiero run, while the left-hand keeps the melody.
2:13 - 2:26, OCTAVE SPAMMMM
2:27, is possibly the most fun part to play in this arrangement. The booming bass octaves in the left hand and syncopated rhythm of it all combined with the right hand made me really feel the rhythm and groove here.
The transition into more left-hand stuff at 2:32 sounds epic too.
2:41, just chilling now, but wait for it.
3:11, in the heat of the moment I actually had no idea what I was going for here. I originally thought I wanted it to be super delicate but when I was playing it I felt like I wanted the left hand to be recognized. So it just kinda happened? Edit to bring out the bright feel haha
3:25 - 3:28, I stole both fruit's and phyxinon's transition. In case it wasn't evident, this video is about stealing, as I stole their angle as well (arguably a bit worse though lolol). This is a joke for legal reasons.
3:30, power drive all the way to the end.

So yeah this arrangement was pretty tiring. Also, I had it fine for a while at 120bpm but thought fruit would mald bc I did not go 130, so I bumped it up to 130 lolol. And yeah, that's a wrap.
