My mom has pretty bad arthritis, but gardening is one of her favorite hobbies. I wanted to find her a pair of electric pruning shears that were powerful enough to cut through decent sized branches. The cheapest on Amazon were $300, but I found these on eBay for $105. I couldn't find any info about them, so I put together this video to help out whoever else might be interested in power shears without breaking the bank.
