In this session, Sandra Reid, President of the Scottish Paralegal Association, opened the webinar to introduce the topic of coal mining subsidence - one of the key areas proactively managed by the Mining Remediation Authority.
Lisa Conway, Client Relationship Manager for Scotland at the Mining Remediation Authority, then guided attendees through how we handle coal mining related subsidence.
We then welcomed Lorna Innes from First Scottish, one of our valued customers in Scotland, who discussed the importance of trusted information from an official government body, and how that helps their clients feel confident when making decisions in coalfield areas.
Zoe Sharland, our Customer Support and Team Manager then introduced our Subsidence Claims 50m Buffer Report and how many subsidence claims and calls we dealt with last year. Lisa then explained our Subsidence Claims History and Subsidence Claims Search reports, which are designed to help our customers make well-informed decisions when working in coalfield areas.
