New fandom!! Yes, in the last few months I've been watching Lost for the very first time. And, well I loved it! Well, I loved it, but also with all the shows I love, I was also mad, and angry, and rolling my eyes from time to time, but as much as I was mad. That's how much this show took my breath away. And as you know -- new fandoms always come with a new OTPS. I got 3 new couples to adore with this show -- Jin/Sun, Desmond/Penny, and Kate/Sawyer.

Let's talk about the last one. I have no words to describe how much I love them, and how much I enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve over the seasons. I also have no words how much I hated their ending. Ok.. not endgame.. fine. But not even a last scene?!!?! It really made me really angry and sad. Cause for me, it felt like they were really meant to be together. I really liked him with Juliet, but she was no Kate. And I love Kate's friendship with Jack, but they really didn't work romantically, but I was fine with them too. But the way S/K look at each other, the way their character grow when they were around each other. And all those clues we got (esp in seasons 5-6) were all saying endgame. And then, not even scene?

But let's put all of that aside... I really don't want to rant too much haha... let's talk about the video. This song is one of my all time favorites and I've been wanting to vid it for months now. I almost did it with Robert/Kitty and also with Matthew/Mary, but with both of them it never felt like 100% right. And then I started Lost. And the more I watch it, the more I felt like this is SK song. I really feel them in every line, and I hope I managed to pass it on. I tried to portray their relationship they way I see it, and the way Sawyer saw it, and a little bit as Kate saw it. it start with Sawyer, and continue with him moving on with a broken heart, to her being ready to finally love him like he always wanted. But he doesn't see it anymore. Although he loves her very much, he will never see it. I tried to include all of the aspects of their relationship - the flirts, the passion, the angst, the love, the hate. I used mostly season 1 cause I think that it's their best season. Their amazing connection was formed there, you got all the aspects of them there alone.

Technically, this video was such a pain. And I'm very disappointed with the result. Esp cause of the "stuck" shot of Sawyer getting out of the water. I really don't know what to do anymore. Vegas pulls that shit on me every time I render. So I take off the sharpen amount, and it's still looks like this. That specific shot was only with 250 amount of sharpen without any convolution kernel or anything.. I am just so bummed about this. But never mind.. I hope you guy's could appreciate the video anyway.

I want to dedicate this video to Vale - (   / lapeggioreeee  ) that was there for me while I was watching it! and to Becky (    / becqy16  ) - one of the most amazing editors I came across. and apparently these two are high on her otp list but she never vidded the. Thank you hun for being there for me while and esp after watching lost, and totally inspired me to finish this video!
