Thigmotropism is a the movement of a plant part in response to touch. It's the coolest thing!!! The Mimosa Pudica is not a carnivorous plant but another thigmonastic plant, the Venus Fly Trap, is!!!

I planted this plant from seed and am waiting for it to bloom. It will have pink fluffy flowers.
