我愛岡山，岡山愛我 / I LOVE GANGSHAN. GANGSHAN LOVES ME

我為這支影片開頭的用詞不當而道歉。我當時差點被汽車和機車撞到，所以一開始對岡山的印象不太好，說了一些對這座美好城鎮不禮貌的話。但我錯了，因為我遇到了許多熱情的人，他們賣檳榔、魚、汽油，還有草莓。不僅如此，我還認識了一戶經營服飾精品店的家庭。這戶人家，以及一位來自加州的岡山紳士，讓我對岡山有了完全不同的感受。

這些家庭邀請我去當地的美食餐廳吃飯，參加他們的新店開幕，甚至還相約去台南打棒球。那位棒球選手的妻子和女兒就在服飾店裡，他們販售來自韓國和台灣的服飾，人都非常親切、美麗且善良。而賣魚的這戶家庭則請我喝啤酒，還邀請我四月份一起去台中走馬祖遶境。我還特地從這戶人家買了一些魚送給我的四哥。

我迫不及待地想和這兩戶家庭一起參與這些活動。我愛岡山，岡山也愛我。我還發現了一條很棒的河濱步道和幾座公園，現在有更多理由讓我再訪岡山。這裡是台灣高雄一個值得遊覽、學習和生活的好地方。因為這座城鎮給予我的溫暖，我一定會多次回來！
I apologize for the poor choice of wording I used at the beginning of this video. I was nearly hit by cars and motorcycles, so I initially did not like Gangshan, so I said some rude things about this wonderful town. I was wrong because I met some really wonderful people who sell betel nut, fish, gas, and strawberries. Not only that, but I met another family who owns a clothing boutique. This family, as well as a very nice gentleman from Gangshan who lives in California, gave me a very different impression of Gangshan. The families invited me to eat at local giat restaurants, attend their new grand opening, as well as, play baseball with them in Tainan. The baseball player's wife and daughter were in the clothing boutique, where they sell clothing from South Korea and Taiwan. They were quite nice, pretty, and kind. The family who sells fish gave me beers and invited me to walk with Matstu God in April, in Taichung. I bought some fish for my 4th brother from this family. I cannot wait to do all of these things with these two families. I love Gangshan and Gangshan loves me. I also found a very nice river walk, and some parks, so there are now many reasons to return to Gangshan. It's a great place to visit, study, and live in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I will return many times, now, due to the love I received in this town.
岡山不僅是一座充滿歷史韻味的小城，還擁有許多隱藏版的美食與步行友善的街道！這次的旅程，我從岡山火車站出發，漫步於這座城市的街頭巷尾，感受濃厚的在地文化。

岡山老街充滿濃濃的懷舊氛圍，沿途的老店販售各種傳統手工點心與當地特產，像是手工豆瓣醬、龍眼蜜、古早味零食等，處處都能感受到台灣本土風情。

除了歷史街區，我也嘗試了岡山獨特的美食，例如香氣四溢的羊肉湯、鹹香入味的肉燥飯，以及口感綿密的傳統豆花。這些美食不僅滿足味蕾，也蘊含了岡山的文化故事。

Gangshan Old Street is a hidden gem filled with nostalgic vibes. Along the way, I discovered old shops selling handmade delicacies like fermented soybean paste, longan honey, and traditional Taiwanese snacks, all showcasing the town’s rich heritage.

Of course, no trip to Gangshan is complete without indulging in its iconic local dishes! I treated myself to a bowl of fragrant goat meat soup, deliciously savory braised pork rice, and a silky smooth tofu pudding—each dish a reflection of Gangshan’s culinary culture.
