PJ5 TTL CPU running Mandelbrot + update on our fast ROM board

We managed to finally get the Mandelbrot code running in PJ5. This is running in assembly language, uses our hardware multiply and bitshift, uses signed 16bit integers and does not use any lookup tables for anything (math or otherwise).
We also show our first version at a fast ROM board, this will replace the FPGA based ROM we're using at the moment (we don't want any FPGAs in the final version), this isn't quite working yet, but it at least powers up and does something :)
