Federal and State Law Requires that winners of prizes valued over 600 dollars must pay tax on such prize. This Autographed 8x10 was given to me for FREE by George Jones himself. George Jones autograph is NOT valued over 600 dollars therefore requires no tax. George Jones's autograph sells on eBay for approx. 50 dollars, THEREFORE this prize has no significant monetary value as of this date as George Jones signed an abundance of items during his lifetime, being always kind to his fans. This prize has mostly sentimental value to fans of George Jones.

This contest is not being run to promote the channel, as I do not monetize any videos on YouTube, this contest is just my way of saying Thank You to all of the subscribers who have interacted with me over the years and share in my love for the music!
