Barnard College: Commencement 2025

The 133rd Commencement of Barnard College welcomed almost 900 graduates to take that earned walk across the stage. As they become the newest college alumnae, Barnard President Laura Rosenberg reminded that that their lifelong connection to the college begins now. Keynote speaker Shabana Basij-Rasikh, an Afghan educator, spoke about her challenge and triumph of starting a girls school to give young women the gift of education.
