Enger's Twixtor Method in Premiere Pro! (Tutorial)

Welcome to my Twixtor method tutorial (or guide?). The way I Twixtor is not very different to most Premiere Pro editors, but there are a few adjustments I make for a smoother result. Things like cutting down clips after nesting them in an 23.976 FPS sequence only. Or using delinearize rather than contrast/edge enhance.
