The property has three water sources that includes a borehole, allocated times from a servitude mountain furrow and runoff water that is collected in well positioned earth dams on the property. The borehole is fitted with a 5000 lt/hour pump and there are 5 earth dams on the property.

The only infrastructure on the property is a labourer’s house. The property is fenced around the entire boundary with a very neat fence that consists of veldspan, razor wire top and electric wires on the outside of the fence. The intention hereof is to keep the animals out of the Macadamia trees.
