Finally received the intercooler from AliExpress.
It's been 2 months and 2 seperate orders but here we are.
It took 2.5 hrs first day and another 2 hrs second day.
I needed dremals and angle grinders to trim the inside of the bumper by about 2-2.5cm around the middle and sides.
I needed some aluminium to use as brackets to hold up the intercooler as close as possible to the rad and some drills bits to drill holes for bolts on the crash bar.
The intercooler already had 3 M8 bungs at the top and 3 at the bottom. luckily I had spare m8 bolts lying around from others projects.
