After my Mai Chau road trip (   • Hanoi to Mai Chau road trip | North Vietna...  ) I found my local Mai Chau homestay and took a walk around. The Little Mai Chau Homestay is a delightful place to stay and the young family running it are amazingly friendly and kind.

I didn't really expect the dinner she provided but wow, was it tasty and filling and well worth the money! I would definitely recommend having dinner with the family when you stay here.

After I checked in to this homestay I set out to cycle around the villages and rice fields (   • Cycling Mai Chau & meeting the Local Vietn...  )....awesome experience and must be watched to see how the Mai Chau local people harvest the rice!
