This is a 30 minute gentle yoga flow. An opportunity to breathe, move mindfully and unwind. Part 25 of the Refresh & Restore Series of classes. These classes are designed to offer a light movement refresher without over effort. This 30 minute yoga flow weaves together breath led transitions, soft pulses, intuitive movement, and shoulder/hip mobility. It's perfect for days when you may feel depleted or scattered. An opportunity to reconnect to your body's natural rhythms without force or over effort.
