In this Video I show you a simple and effective upper body workout. It is optimal for Floorball players and other similar sports. Go on and try it for yourself.
The focus of the training is to strengthen your upper body while you have to keep up the tension in your muscels. Start with light weight and go on from there. Some exercises are pretty tough at first but once you get the hang of it, it is really fun and you see progress soon.
