The Story of Prophet Musa (Moses) and Qarun (Korah)

Qarun was a very wealthy and rich man from the nation of Prophet Musa (peace be upon him). He is described as a relative of Musa, and Allah had given him enormous treasures. The keys to his treasure chests were so heavy that even strong men found them difficult to carry.

Because of his wealth, pride, arrogance, and rebellion grew inside him. When people advised him:

“Be grateful to Allah, do good to others, and do not be arrogant in this world,”



he would reply:

“I earned this wealth because of my own knowledge and effort.”



This statement meant denying Allah’s blessings.

Qarun’s Opposition to Musa

Qarun was very jealous of Prophet Musa. At times, he would incite people against him. Some narrations mention that Qarun even tried to dishonor Musa, but Allah exposed his plot.

The Destruction of Qarun

When Qarun’s arrogance and rebellion reached a peak, Allah revealed to Musa that:

“We will hold Qarun accountable.”



One morning, Qarun went out in full splendor—wearing luxurious clothes, accompanied by servants and all his wealth—to display his riches before the people. Many weak-hearted people admired him.

But suddenly, by Allah’s command:

The earth opened beneath Qarun, and he, along with all his wealth, was swallowed into the ground.

The Israelites saw with their own eyes how the man who had been proud yesterday was now buried deep into the earth.

Allah says in the Qur’an:

“So We caused the earth to swallow him and his home.”
(Surah Al-Qasas, 28:81)

لاندې د حضرت موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام او قارون د پېښې لنډ او واضح بیان په پښتو کې وړاندې کېږي:

د حضرت موسیٰ عليه السلام او قارون واقعۀ

قارون د حضرت موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام د قوم (بني اسرائيلو) يو ډېر بډای او شتمن سړی و. هغه د موسیٰ‌ علیه السلام د تره زوی بلل کېږي. الله تعالی هغه ته ډېر مال او خزانی ورکړي وې، حتی د ده د خزانې کيلۍ په ډېر شمېر قوي کسانو هم درنې وې.

خو د مال د زیاتېدو له امله په ده کې تکبر، غرور او سرکشي پیدا شوه. کله چې قوم به ورته نصیحت کاوه چې:

"لله شکر وباسه، د خلکو سره نېکي وکړه، او په دنیا مه غټېږه."



نو هغه به ویل:

"زه دا مال د خپل علم او کوشش په زور ترلاسه کړی دی."



دا خبره د الله د نعمتونو د انکار معنا لري.

قارون د موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام مخالفت

قارون د حضرت موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام له حسده ډک و. کله ـ کله يې خلک د موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام پر خلاف هڅول. په روایتونو کې راغلي چې هغه د موسیٰ‌ عليه السلام عزت خرابول غوښتل، خو الله تعالی د هغه د چل له پردې اوچت کړه.

د قارون تباهي

کله چې د قارون غرور او سرکشي ډېر شو، نو الله تعالی موسیٰ‌ علیه السلام ته وحې وکړه چې:

“موږ به د قارون سره سخت حساب وکړو.”



یو سهار هغه په خپل ټول تجمل، زرو جامو، غلامانو او ښکلو وسایلو سره ووت، څو خلکو ته خپل مال او دولت وښيي. د ده د ښکلا له امله کمزوري خلک ورپسې حیران شول.

خو ناڅاپه د الله امر راغی، نو:

ځمکه د قارون لاندې خلاصه شوه، او هغه یې له ټولو شتمنیو سره یو ځای په ځمکه کې ښخ کړ.

بني اسرائيلو په خپلو سترګو ولیدل چې هغه سړی چې پرون یې د مال له غروره ځان لاهو ګڼلو، نن د ځمکې لاندې ولاړ.

الله تعالی په قرآن کې وايي:

"نو موږ هغه او د هغه کور د ځمکې په منځ کې ننویست."
(سورة القصص، آیت ۸۱)

د دې واقعې درس

۱. غرور او تکبر انسان تباه کوي.
۲. مال د الله نعمت دی، د شکر او حق مصرف غوښتنه کوي.
۳. علم او شتمني د انسان شخصي قوت نه؛ بلکې د الله ورکړه ده.
۴. هغه څوک چې د الله او د الله د پیغمبر په مقابل کې ودرېږي، ناکامېږي.

که غواړې، زه کولای شم:
✔ دا قصه په ډېر لنډه بڼه درکړم
✔ د ماشومانو لپاره مناسب بیان یې ولیکم
✔ د قرآن آیتونه او تفسیر یې هم تفصیل سره راولم
