This channel provides long form walking videos that transport the viewer to towns and points of interest throughout Long Island, NY. With no spoken commentary, you can get lost in the scenery and whether you are joining us from your treadmill, like me, or just enjoying the scenery I'm so glad you are here. Footage for this video was taken in December of 2024.

It is my goal to produce high quality content that is suitable for use on a treadmill. The pace is roughly 3mph (5KPH) and I aim to keep the camera as steady as possible. You will notice there is no spoken commentary. Generally speaking, I like to record not only the sights but the sounds of the places I walk through - this keeps the experience as close to reality as possible with the goal of making the videos as immersive as possible.

Walking is such an important step (pun intended) that we can all take to better our health and well-being. I hope these videos inspire you to walk further and to walk often.
