The AN-188 is a Ukrainian transport aircraft currently under development by the Antonov company for carrying cargo over medium to long distances. The aircraft is designed to replace outdated models such as the AN-12 and AN-26.
According to the manufacturer, the AN-188 has a payload capacity of up to 30 tons, a range of approximately 3,700 km, and can be used on airfields with unprepared runways. Various modifications are also planned for the aircraft to perform different tasks, including passenger transportation.
Currently, the AN-188 is in the design and testing phase and has not yet begun serial production.
