Fixing Everything On Anchor | 1 Week Until Atlantic Crossing

With a transatlantic passage from the Caribbean to Europe approaching, we addressed several critical issues on anchor. The starboard chainplate required replacement, following the same carbon fiber process we used on the port side. Concurrently, we repaired rotting window frames and adjusted our forestay length for a new headsail.

This video documents that week of work, showing the reality of preparing a boat for an ocean crossing. It also provides context for our rudder project, which was underway at the same time.
