Ok, so the reason why Aizawa and Bakugou didn't attack Villian Deku in "Fight back' is because, since Viian Deku is APART of Izuku, the injuries Villian Deku received, Izuku would receive too. Also, when they are in Izukus mind (The black places) they can't use their quirks. Hope this explains it. Have a wonderful day/night y'all!
