Cyberpunk 2077's BIGGEST Cut Feature is Coming?

Something VERY interesting is going on in the Cyberpunk community post update 2.3. On social media some very cool observations have been made reading some brand new billboards being added to the game, which tease that we may be getting something that was cut previously in a future update, possibly for the 5th anniversary of cyberpunk? I think that it's safe to say that a lot of people were feeling underwhelmed with the 2.3 update, with months of work for so little to seemingly be added to the game. However, was all the work over that period of time for everything we saw in the update, or was it for something BIGGER down the line. I’ll be breaking it all down in today's video, and just a disclaimer that this is a fun theory going around on social media, no absolute definite information but I still think that something could be going on here.
