This is a detailed explanation why the basecoat wrinkles or fryer. I studied the phenomenon as to why it happens. It only happens when the basecoat get exposed. Conflicting reducers causes it. Nobody no where revealed this conclusion. You heard it hear first. A sealer is a must if u think u broke through the clear coat. The sealer will seal the basecoat from the new basecoat. Or use fast reducer to match the factory reducer remnants.
