Kshitij tells the union leader that he vividly remembers how Veer had insulted him and thrown him out of the house in the USA. Veer had scolded him for being a drug addict, so Kshitij had accused him of being responsible for he had been a terrible father! A furious Veer had then praised Brijesh and Nahar of being responsible sons and declared them as his rightful heirs! Veer had even snatched away his right to keep his surname! Meanwhile, Brijesh suggests giving Kshitij a new factory to handle before making him the CEO of their companies. Veer can't believe that Kshitij is the same son whom he had once disowned and decides to transfer some of his shares in Kshitij's name. Tara and Nahar feel that Kshitij must be made the CEO but Brijesh and Saloni don't think the time is right yet. However, Veer declares that he will make Kshitij the CEO! On the other hand, Kshitij tells the union leader that he had vowed to make Veer disown Nahar and Brijesh also and had found the prized CD one day. He recalls how he had praised a paralysed Kukki in the hospital for giving him the CD and told her how much he hates his father and his cousin brothers! Kshitij's first step was to give Aditya back to Brijesh. Meanwhile, Brijesh tells Tara that she suggesting Kshitij's name as the CEO is an emotional decision. Tara replies that nothing will be enough to repay Kshitij for returning Aditya to her. On the other hand, Kshitij asserts to the union leader that the next day will prove fruitful for him, as his family will bestow him with good fortune, and vows that victory will be his soon! By the end of the evening, Kshitij is stone drunk and the union leader decides to drop him home. Kshitij sees that Kalika has left her purse in his car and asks the union leader to go to Samar's house. On the other hand, Kalika who is unable to sleep is shocked to see Kshitij near her house!
