Fellow deadheads - you might see yourself in this video footage that I filmed outside before the Grateful Dead Chinese New Years show in downtown San Francisco in January 1987 with my new, state-of-the-art VHS camcorder. Great memories! Excitement was still high, since Jerry and the band had just started playing again in November after his medical problems that summer. I remember Ann and I only needing to walk a couple blocks to get there when we lived at Bush and Jones! Of course it was a great show, but it was one of the few times in my life I've ever been able to walk to shows from my home!!!
