(46) How to Make Painted Tile Coasters Using a Spinner

Using a spinner to make painted tile coasters makes things go a lot faster and keeps your paint centered. I love this technique with coasters and earrings or small paintings. I have a lot on my mind while doing this video, as you will see. My dog, Angel, is having surgery in the morning and I am not as focused as I would like to be. I will have Part 2 of my acrylic arrangement in my next video. I didn't think I should take that on right now.
The paints that I used for this are:
Dioxazine Purple--Liquitex Basics
Turquoise Blue---Amsterdam
Prussian Blue---Amsterdam
24 kt. Gold--DecoArt
I mixed these paints with half Polycrylic and half HGTV's Ultra Deep Base.
My cell activator is: 1 part Amsterdam Titanium White with 4 parts Floetrol. I then add 10 drops of Minwax Stain Conditioner.
