Today’s shave features the refined and unmistakably Canadian MacDuff’s Soap Co. – Canadian Tuxedo shaving soap and matching toner. This scent opens with a smooth maple and bright citrus combo, moves into herbal spices and sea-salt freshness, and finishes with a classy woody, mossy, musky dry-down. Rugged, clean, and dressed to impress.
For hardware, I’m using the Apex Titanium razor, paired with a Gillette Silver Blue blade (2nd use) — smooth, efficient, and comfortable with just the right amount of feedback. Titanium + GSB is a seriously slick combo. I seriously forgot hiw efficient this razor is, was able to clean even my hardest spot without much work.
The lather was built with my Sawdust Creation handle, loaded with a G5C knot, giving me tons of backbone, soft tips, and effortless lathering.
Post-shave is finished off with the Canadian Tuxedo toner, leaving the skin calm, refreshed, and lightly scented — no burn, just that clean, polished finish.
