In today’s workout we’re mixing it up with changing interval lengths so each of us can find just the RIGHT AMOUNT OF CHALLENGE for our own fitness level. It’s truly a customizable routine that’s perfect for women of a “certain age” who want to reach their fitness goal, including WEIGHT LOSS!

SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 40 seconds and 20 seconds; there are two rounds; round 1 is 40 seconds of walking/marching and 20 seconds of low cardio moves; round 2 is the reverse; there is NO REST
