乌克兰总统办公室主任叶尔马克今天（2月23日）在基辅表示，乌克兰与美国已确定即日起就乌克兰矿产资源协议举行新一轮谈判。他表示，他本人和乌克兰第一副总理兼经济部长斯维里登科将赴美进行谈判。叶尔马克表示，乌克兰不仅将与美国讨论乌克兰资源使用问题，还将讨论包括安全在内的其他问题。斯维里登科则表示，“在被占领的乌克兰领土上拥有价值 3500 亿美元的矿产资源。”

Ukrainian President's Office Chief Yermak stated today (February 23) in Kyiv that Ukraine and the U.S. have agreed to begin a new round of negotiations on the Ukrainian mineral resources agreement. He mentioned that he and Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Sviridenko, will travel to the U.S. for talks. Yermak added that Ukraine will not only discuss the use of its resources with the U.S., but also other issues, including security. Sviridenko noted, "There are $350 billion worth of mineral resources in the occupied Ukrainian territories."
