Battle Royale time as we unbox our new pool skimmer / leaf skimmer net from Swimline. My pool leaf skimmer has seen better days. After reading the best pool skimmer reviews, I decided to go with the Swimline Hydrotools 8039SL. I chose the Swimline pool skimmer because it has a tapered edge and I needed a skimmer that would work well scooping leaves off the bottom of the pool. After using this for a few weeks now, I can say I am happy with my choice.

The Swimline Hydrotools 8039SL measures: 13"H x 13"W (nylon mesh). 21"H x 16"W (entire item). Material(s): plastic/nylon mesh Skimmer. This super-strong structural molded leaf skimmer has a frame made of sturdy plastic. The fine-mesh basket has a tapered front edge to aide in easy scooping of debris. This is considered a Heavy Duty Leaf Skimmer.
