Sculpting a head in Nomad Sculpt using the Loomis Method - Part 2 - Sculpting jaws and mouth

Learning how to sculpt lips in the Nomad app.

This week we can take a look at adding a jaw and then detailing the lips. I’ll cover off a bit of the basic anatomy of the mandible, the muscles and fatty areas that help shape the lips. The mouth area can be complicated at first but once you know a few of these tips and techniques we can move on up to the nose.

Digital sculpting is well established these days with programs like ZBrush, 3DCoat, Blender and more recently in VR with apps like Adobe Medium. There are now some amazing solutions that allow you to sculpt on an Ipad Pro with an Apple Pencil.
