alright, After a quick side quest We start looking into the medication i've been taking since the operation was done, Got info from Isaac that the Medicine is made in Belshade prison, Strange info considering the prison has nothing else besides some holding cells, We look further into it and it turns out the medication is made from extracted vital energy and that the Anti screaper personels are somewhat similar to what Ziekwalt is, A bio weapon.
