Today I visited a brand new café in Naha called Scoop, and it's become one of my favorite places to chill. Scoop specializes in coffee and artisanal gelato—and what makes it really special is that they use local Okinawan ingredients in everything.

From brown sugar gelato to Okinawan citrus and locally roasted coffee, everything here is made with so much care. It’s a small spot but feels super welcoming and modern.
