How to make the female cops have their own voice lines: For me, I used OpenIV and then I go through the audio files for one of the GTA 5 female cops and then imported it to GTA SA via Modloader (since it makes it easier to install mods without having to mess around your game).
Also, since I have been using a lot of add-on mods, I can't list every one of them. But I do have the VCPD Cheetah (which is from GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories) into my game. Same with Vice Squad peds that appear in some parts.

Also, there are some scenes where there's Busted and Wasted at the same time (the "Wasted" text instead shows "You died"), in which the original idea for this was uh, I think a user named Pikachufarts. I've seen some of his GTA San Andreas Busted videos.
