[How to] Make a Dyneema Deadeye | Sailing Wisdom

This is my own invention and allows you to make a rope ring, called a grommet, out of Dyneema using a Möbius Brummell Splice.
Follow along as I teach you step by step how to make this yourself.
Using this, you will then be able to make deadeyes to hold up your synthetic standing rigging. This is the missing piece that lets you connect synthetic stays to your chainplates!
