Have you got pain at the front of your knee?
Try using K-Tape to help with anterior knee pain. The tape can help with injuries such as Patellar femoral pain syndrome (PFPS) or patellar Tendinopathy.
It can help provide a little extra stability and proprioception that might have been lost as a result of injury. The elastic nature of the tape allows enough movement that it doesn’t hinder your performance.
Please note this taping method is just one of many versions that can be used to support a knee and can’t claim to resolve knee issues. We would also recommend shaving the area so the tape lasts for longer.
Please also note that the tape alone will not resolve anterior knee pain. The correct type of exercise/rehab is key to getting rid of anterior knee pain all together.
