I spoke extensively with one of the main techs for VSETT on getting the right spring rates for my weight. I was looking for a very smooth ride after back surgery. These spring rates were not only smoother but they performed much better than stock. No more jolting forward when releasing the throttle! This spring rate is good for riders 210lbs to 250lbs if you weigh more add more spring rate. If you weigh less take some away. Shock length and spring rate below.
front : 125mm
Rate : 1500lb
Rear : 165mm
Rate : 1800lb
