5 Customer Follow-Ups
Fortune is in the follow-up… but so is connection.
🎯 Training Goal:
Turn “follow-up” from a scary word into a friendly, simple routine that grows retention + loyalty.
💡 10–15 follow-up ideas for your team:
1. Use the 2 days / 2 weeks / 2 months system (teach this intentionally!).
2. Check in on samples — “Did you get a chance to try it?”
3. Ask for feedback — people love sharing opinions.
4. Share a complementary product that pairs well.
5. Send a voice memo — quick, warm, personal.
6. Send a “thinking of you” message, not tied to a sale.
7. Let them know when an item they like is on special.
8. Offer to set up auto-reminders for reorders.
9. Share your favorite way to use the product they purchased.
10. Send seasonal reminders (“Winter dryness kicking in? How’s your skin doing?”).
11. Create a VIP check-in day once a month.
12. Celebrate reorder milestones (“Thanks for being a loyal customer!”).
