3 Days in Rome: Exploring the Colosseum, Vatican City, Fontana di Trevi + eating Italian Food

We've never been to Italy before until this year and me and my partner also wanted to organise a short city break for us and our parents, so Rome felt like the best city as there were direct flights both from London and from Romania that would get to Italy around the same time so we could meet our parents at the airport and go on to explore Rome for 3 days. We didn't have a super packed itinerary but we couldn't miss the most popular attractions: The Colosseum, Vatican City & Vatican Museum, Fontana di Trevi and maybe the most important attraction: Italian food. I loved eating pasta, ice cream, amazing pastries, pizza, it was unbelievably good! My only regret is not eating out more as our parents wanted to eat some meals at home as well, so we compromised, BUT we promised to go back again on our own as well to explore more of the culinary side of Italy!
