British Couple First Time Trying REAL Southern Food in South Carolina!

In this travel vlog, we explore one of the most beautiful cities in the southern USA, from historic streets and coastal islands to some of the best food we’ve ever tried.

We start the day with Lewis BBQ where we order a HUGE tray of food costing $120 😳 is this really the best BBQ in the South?!

We then walk along East Battery Street, taking in the stunning historic homes and wondering how much these waterfront properties must cost. Charleston is honestly unreal.

James trying Hardee’s for the first time, before heading to Cypress Gardens, famous for the rowing scene in The Notebook (one of Siana’s all time favourite movies), making this stop extra special ❤️🌿. The gardens are peaceful, beautiful, and a must visit if you’re in South Carolina.

Food continues at Paige’s Okra Grill, where we try fried okra, shrimp & grits, and chicken fried steak for the very first time, true Southern comfort food at its finest.

We finish the day exploring the coast, visiting Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms, soaking up the beach vibes and ending an unforgettable day in Charleston.
