How to make watermelon fondant slices using a "roll"method and how to make marble watermelon colored fondant for covering a cake.
*NOTE: when cutting the roll after it is completed, it will be very soft and not create a perfect circle. You can still cut the slices, but it will waste some fondant. Because I needed the extra fondant for marbling and covering a cake, it was not a problem. However, if you are NOT doing this step of marbling, I would suggest to let the roll harden a bit before cutting so that circles can be cut easier and the colors will not smash together. :)
