This is the new Yamanote line train, JR E235 series since march 2016. Here in Shinagawa, Kanda and Nippori.
The car interiors also have up to 36 digital monitors for various informational displays.
E235 will replace the E231-500 before the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tôkyô.
