Aaron flies to Austin, Texas, to drive the all-new 2013 Dodge Dart. The car we tested was the Rallye model with the 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo 4-cylinder (160hp/184 ft-lbs), 17x7.5-in Hyper Black alloy wheels wrapped in P225/45R17 91H Conti tires, Antilock 4-Wheel Brakes, Redline Red paint, Diesel Gray Cloth interior, Uconnect Touch 8.4-in screen with voice command and Garmin Navigation, Sunroof, Premium Audio Group, Parkview rear backup camera, the Popular Equipment Group (includes the fancy louvers, XM Radio and leather-wrapped steering wheel), 5-Year, 100,000-mile warranty. Price as tested: $23,065 + Destination. Base price of the Rallye model is $18,995. Entry level Dart (SE) is $15,995. Aero and R/T models not yet priced.
Travis Pastrana will be driving a "race prepped" Dodge Dart in the 2012 Global Rallycross Championship. Granted, his will have a 2.0 Turbo good for more than 600 horsepower with all-wheel drive and a custom one-off chassis.
