Smoked Salmon | Weber Grill

I grilled Salmon on a Cedar Plank using my Weber Grill. I used a 2 zone charcoal setup with a water pan in the center of the grill. I also threw in some hickory chunks over the coals to get some additional smoke flavor infused in this salmon. This turned out amazing. ENJOY!
Soak cedar planks for at least 1 hour.
Let salmon come to room temp while you light your coals
Once coals are ready throw on some wood chunks
Grill Salmon on the cedar planks until your desired tenderness.
The recommended temp is 145 for the salmon to be fully cooked.
