上野恩賜公園で、チャラン・ポ・ランタンのバックバンドメンバー「カンカンバルカン」がパフォーマンスを披露していました。
東京都公認のライセンスを受けたパフォーマーが都内各所の公園などで活動を行なっているヘブンアーティスト。

Heaven Artists are performers officially licensed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government who perform in parks and other locations throughout Tokyo.
The Kan Kan Balkan gave a performance at Ueno Onshi Park.

上野公園（上野恩賜公園）は、東京・上野駅近くにある自然豊かな都会のオアシスです。1873年に日本で最初の都市公園として誕生し、上野恩賜公園という正式名称は、1924年には大正天皇より東京都に下賜されたことからきています。東京国立博物館、国立西洋美術館、上野動物園などの文化施設が点在するほか、不忍池やソメイヨシノなどの桜も楽しめる自然と文化の魅力溢れる公園です。

Ueno Park (Ueno Onshi Park) is an urban oasis rich in nature located near Ueno Station in Tokyo. It was established in 1873 as Japan's first urban park, and its official name, Ueno Onshi Park, comes from the fact that it was bestowed upon the Tokyo Metropolitan Government by Emperor Taisho in 1924. Dotted with cultural facilities such as the Tokyo National Museum, the National Museum of Western Art, and Ueno Zoo, the park is also home to Shinobazu Pond and cherry blossoms such as Somei Yoshino, making it a park brimming with natural and cultural attractions.
